• Subscription renewals will be processed automatically on the 1st.
• Honey's Mail Club ships once a month.
• All items are flat mail friendly to keep shipping simple + affordable.

• Subscriptions are easy to manage or cancel anytime.

If you've never joined a mail club before, Honey's Mail Club is designed to feel easy + low-pressure. There's no overwhelm, no complicated themes to follow, and no expectations to "use everything perfectly." It's simply a reminder that something sweet can show up just for you. If opening happy mail, collecting cute papers, and enjoying small creative moments sounds comforting, you're in the right place. ♡

When purchasing one of our subscriptions, you are signing up for a subscription service and agreeing to our policy & terms. You will be billed automatically every month on the 1st of the month. Your first charge will be the day you sign up. Subscriptions ship during the 20th-25th after the enrollment cutoff. If we have delays, we will update subscribers and notify them.

By purchasing this listing, you agree and acknowledge your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge. You also accept responsibility for all recurring charges before cancellation.

You may skip or cancel your subscription before the 1st of each month. If you're subscription is cancelled after the 1st, you will be charged for your last month, and then cancelled for future renewals. To skip or cancel your subscription, login to your account on our website and head over to the "Manage Subscription" tab. There you can edit your subscription. If you need further assistance, please contact us here.

Subscriptions are not guaranteed for subscribers who have late or delayed payments.  If you are having an issue with your renewal charge, please contact us immediately so we can help.

Please make sure to double check and confirm your shipping address is correct. Shipping address changes after your order has been placed are not guaranteed. If you need to change your shipping address and your subscription hasn't shipped yet, please contact us here. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

By subscribing, you agree to receive communications about the status of your subscription in addition to occasional surveys that are optional.  You may unsubscribe to any mailing list anytime by scrolling down and selecting 'unsubscribe' from our email list service.

If payment cannot be obtained, the subscription will not ship and will not be reserved for the customer if there is no response or update in payment after 3 attempts.
