When purchasing one of our subscriptions, you are signing up for a subscription service and agreeing to our policy & terms. You will be billed automatically every month on the 1st of the month. Your first charge will be the day you sign up. Subscriptions ship during the 20th-25th after the enrollment cutoff. If we have delays, we will update subscribers and notify them.

You may skip or cancel your subscription before the 1st of each month. If you're subscription is cancelled after the 1st, you will be charged for your last month, and then cancelled for future renewals. Subscriptions are not guaranteed for subscribers who have late or delayed payments.  If you are having an issue with your renewal charge, please contact us immediately so we can help.

Please make sure to double check and confirm your shipping address is correct. Shipping address changes after your order has been placed are not guaranteed. If you're having issue with your renewal charge after the 1st, please reach out to us here. Our payment processor will attempt 3 times with 3 days to retry your renewal charge.
