We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we understand mistakes may happen. We always want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your items. If your order has items damaged or faulty or includes items that were incorrect or missing, please take the steps below:
- If you order was missing an item, please double check your package before contacting us. Sometimes in transit things may get shifted, so we just ask to double check!
- Take a photo of the item(s) clearly showing any issues.
- Fill out our contact form here. Please include all information like your order number, description and upload the photos.
- We will be in touch to make sure we come to a agreeable solution. If we arrange a replacement or refund, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs to return incorrect items or to send out replacement items.
