- A: Our processing times are Monday - Friday: 1-2 Business Days. Saturday - Sunday: 2-3 Business Days.
Q: I emailed you, when will I receive a reply?
- A: Please allow us 24-48 hours to reply to your email. Shan is the only one who manages our customer service email at the moment, so please be patient when receiving a reply from her. We answer emails in the order that they come in, so spamming our email will give you a longer response time, as it will be moved to the end of our list.
Q: When will ___ this be restocked?
- A: We aim to restock in a timely manner. All our stickers will restock in a 2-4 week timeframe. Some products are not to be restocked. (Babe Box extras, exclusive items, etc) If you have a specific question about a product - email us at email@example.com.
- A: The Babe Box is a stationery / planner subscription. All items in the box will be curated around a theme! Artwork is hand-illustrated and curated by me, Shan! This means the items / artwork in your box are exclusive to our shop and you won't find them anywhere else!
Q: What sticker paper does THBS use?
- A: Our stickers are printed on a high-quality matte vinyl! We currently out-source our stickers to provide, quality + vibrant prints for a better quality product for you!

Q: What is a VIB?
- A: A VIB is a "very important bee"! This is our reward system to reward YOU for shopping small! Click the button in the bottom right to get started with an account and start turning your orders into bees...and your bees into discounts! This also includes our referral program where you can generate a special link / code for your friends to use for discounts in our shop + rewards for you referring them! Everyone can be a PR babe here @ THBS!
Q: Can I request a custom sticker / make a custom note?
- A: We do not offer custom stickers for individual customers, but we would LOVE to hear your custom sticker request to be able to offer this in the shop at a later date for you! If you leave a custom request + note in the notes to seller, we will not complete this for you. (Unless the item states custom!)
Q: What if I need to change something about my order after I placed it?
- A: We are super quick with fulfilling orders and getting them shipped to their new home ASAP! If you message us within an hour period after your order, we can certainly change your order for you. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot. Make sure your cart is exactly what you want!
Q: Can you combine my orders?
- A: Yes! Just shoot us an email at email@example.com with both your order numbers and we'll do this for you! If your orders have already shipped, we won't be able to.
Q: What if there's something wrong with an order I received?
- A: Hey! We're human. Mistakes happen. We strive and have a fulfilment line to insure mistakes don't happen easily, but unfortunately, they happen! If there is an error with your order, we want to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Please contact us here at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What if my order never arrives?
- A: If your tracking number says your package is in transit, you can contact USPS with your tracking number to get updates.
- If your tracking number shows delivered and you did not receive these items, you can follow these steps:
- Contact USPS with your tracking number.
- Check with your neighbors to insure it wasn't delivered to the wrong place.
- If it's 4 weeks from the ship date and you still haven't received your package, contact us for further instruction. Please remember, we are not responsible for lost packages, and do not have access to any more information from USPS than the customer does.
