Payments & ordering:

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPay, Afterpay, and ShopPay.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate cancellations or edits! Please reach out to our customer support email as soon as you can. You can also reply to your order confirmation email.

Cancellations may be made for orders. If you'd like your order cancelled, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll provide you with full shop credit or a refund with a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the refund amount.

If you order has already been packed and shipped, we can no longer offer cancellations or refunds.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate combining your orders or edits! Please reach out to our customer support email as soon as you can. You can also reply to your order confirmation email.

We are also able to edit open orders. If you'd like any items added to your order, please reply to your order confirmation email with the items you would like added and will edit your order to send you an invoice for payments due!

Please contact us and we're more than happy to help you with creating or getting into your customer account!

Shipping & tracking:

If your order has not been shipped yet and no labels have been created, we can absolutely change your shipping address for you.

If an order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address, as a label has already been created.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please make sure we have the right address for you when placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped with an incorrect address you will need to wait for the order to be returned to us and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

Our current processing times are 1-2 business days. (Monday to Friday) We pride ourselves in getting your orders out as quicky and efficiently as possible.

If ordering during a big sale or new release, please take note we made need a few additional days to process orders.

All of our orders are shipped from Villa Rica, GA via USPS. For the most accurate shipping estimates, please refer to their website. Here is the USPS Transit Time Map.

You can find your tracking number once we ship out your order! Here are the places you can find them:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Orders tab on account

If your order is shipped with First Class Mail via USPS, you will not receive a tracking number.

We first recommend you contacting your local post office or post master as soon as you can before contacting us. This will provide a resolution quicker, as we see as much information on the tracking page as you do.

If you need additional help, we will try our hardest to assist you. Please contact us with your order number and any information you receive from them.

We would like to note that we are not responsible for missing, stolen, or lost mail. We will however try to do everything we can to assist you.

We always want to make sure you're receiving nothing but the best from us and you're 100% satisfied. If you received an incorrect or missing item in your order, please fill out our contact form here.

Returns and refunds:

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

If you're not satisfied with any items from your order or if any items arrived damaged, please reach out to us. We will always make sure to replace these items.

Products:

Our photos on the sticker sheet's product page displays the entire sheet so you'll be able to see how many stickers are included per sheet. The size of each sheet is listed in the description. If we missed the sizing and you're curious, don't hesitate to reach out and ask!

Most information for amount, measurements, and details are listed in the product description. You can also drop the "Ask a Question" tab down to send those over to us!

Our stickers are printed on a high-quality weatherproof matte sticker paper. This produces vibrant prints and a features a smooth, luxurious texture!

For most our items, we do not offer customs or changes. Some items are manufactured and cannot be customized. Any requests left in the notes to seller will be ignored.

However, if you're wanting something custom, I am more than happy to help you in any way I can! Contact us to see what we can do for you.

For in-house items, we aim to restock in a timely manner! If you are after something specific that's currently out of stock, feel free to reach out and we'll see what we can do!

For other items, (extras, exclusive, etc) - these products do not have the intention of being restocked.

subscriptions:

The Babe Box is a monthly stationery & sticker subscription. All items inside the Babe Box are curated and designed around a theme. Artwork and products are illustrated and designed by me, Shan. This means the items and artwork are exclusive to our shop and you won't find them anywhere else.

Our Deluxe Digital Babe Box is a monthly subscription that includes digital content from our Babe Box. This is a digital product and nothing physical will be sent to you. All digital purchases are for personal use only - you can read our terms here.

Our Honey's Mail Club is a monthly subscription curated with a selection of exclusive stickers, paper goods, and interactive surprises. Unlike the Babe Box, there's no set "theme" each month. All items are flat mail friendly to keep shipping simple + affordable.
