Our subscription enrollments for the Deluxe Digital Babe Box open all month long. Cutoffs are 11:59 PM EST on the last day of each month.

Your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month.

If your subscription was supposed to renew and wasn't, please contact us here and we can fix that for you!

Please contact us to see what the issue was! Issues could be payment method declined, or you may have cancelled your agreement via PayPal and this means and it won't allow you to renew unless signing up again!

We totally understand forgetting things. Unfortunately, within our subscription policy & terms, once your subscription renews, we will not be able to offer a refund for that renewal.

Inside your Babe Box you'll find:

• These items vary each month.

Inside your Deluxe Digital Babe Box you'll find:

• Clipart used to curate the Babe Box theme.
• Designed Letter (8.5"x11") pattern papers.
• Digital assets from our sticker items.
• JPEG + PNG + PDF files for stickers + crafting.
• Ready to go silhouette cut files.
• Blackout Outline / cut lines for Cricut users.
• Any additional digital files that may coordinate with the Babe Box.
• All these files will be downloaded in a .ZIP (compressed) file. 

Inside your Honey's Mail Club you'll find:

• A letter from Shan
• A curated selection of stickers (decals and/or sheets)
• Flat paper goods
• Interactive surprises
• These items can vary month to month
• All items are tucked in a paper bag for protection.

Our Babe Box is essentially our “premium” subscription packed to the brim with stationery goodies and stickers. This is for our planning & journaling friends who enjoy physical and curated products.

Our Deluxe Digital Babe Box is a digital item and no physical items will be sent to you. This is for those who love to make their own stickers & crafts at home. (over and over again!) It also includes digital assets for our digital planner lovers!

It includes clipart, papers, sticker cut files, & more!

Honey's Mail Club is a monthly love letter to stationery lovers. Being different from the Babe Box, Honey's Mail Club focuses on flat paper goods and interactive details. Perfect for collectors, pen pals, and anyone who believes mail should be delightful.

Your subscription ships around the 20th - 25th of each month after subscription enrollment cutoff. Because delays can possibly happen, you will be updated and notified accordingly about shipping time-frames.

Babe Boxes ship via USPS Ground Advantage for domestic (U.S) customers.

All international Babe Boxes will ship GlobalPost.

Honey's Mail Club is shipped via First Class Mail and does not include a tracking number. All items are flat mail friendly to keep shipping simple & affordable.

If you're subscribed to both subscriptions, they will be shipped separately. This is due to our fulfillment process and how they are shipped.

We first recommend you contacting your local post office or post master as soon as you can before contacting us. This will provide a resolution quicker, as we see as much information on the tracking page as you do.

If you need additional help, we will try our hardest to assist you. Please contact us with your order number and any information you receive from them.

We would like to note that we are not responsible for missing, stolen, or lost mail. We will however try to do everything we can to assist you.

You'll be able to update your shipping address by logging into your account on our website and clicking "Manage Subscriptions". There you will be able to access the shipping addresses on file. Remember to delete any previous / old addresses. If you need help, please contact us here.

Log in to your account on the website to manage your subscription, there you will be able to cancel it. You'll also receive a confirmation email.

Renewals are processed on the 1st of every month, so in order to skip or cancel your subscription before the next renewal, you MUST do so before the last day of the month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date which is the 1st of every month. If you cancel after the renewal, your cancellation will be effective the next month, and you will still receive the box for the current month. Please note that once the boxes are shipped, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
