Cancellations

Cancellations may be made for orders. Refunds will be provided with store credit or a refund occurring a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the refund amount. Cancellations are not accepted for customs, preorders, or subscription renewals.

returns, exchanges, or damaged/missing goods

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we understand mistakes may happen. We always want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your items. If your order has items damaged or faulty or includes items that were incorrect or missing, please take the steps below:

  • If you order was missing an item, please double check your package before contacting us. Sometimes in transit things may get shifted, so we just ask to double check!
  • Take a photo of the item(s) clearly showing any issues.
  • Fill out our contact form here. Please include all information like your order number, description and upload the photos.
  • We will be in touch to make sure we come to a agreeable solution. If we arrange a replacement or refund, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs to return incorrect items or to send out replacement items.

editing order details/combining orders

Please note: we are not always able to combine your orders. Please contact us to confirm combining before placing a second order. If you're wanting to add additional items to your current open orders, contact us and we can edit your order instead of manually combining multiple orders.

Your order will be delivered to the address inputted on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please double check we have the right address for you. If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If your shipping label has already been created, we are not able to make any edits to the order.

Shipping and customs

If you are experiencing any delays in your tracking, please contact your local post office first with your tracking information. If you're not able to reach a resolution with your post office, then you can contact us and we'll do our best to help you.

If you're international (outside the US) and your tracking hasn't updated in longer than two weeks, please reach out to us.

We are not responsible for any customs or import duties, or any other local postal requirements that may be issued by your country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the package so please make yourself familiar with your local import laws and regulations.

reselling, copyright, and artwork licenses

Most of our designs feature original artwork created by TheHoneyBShop LLC. All items and designs are for personal use only and are not to be copied, imitated, resold, redistributed without our written permission.

We do not give the permission to resell our items in a manner that may reflect negatively of our brand and shop. This includes repackaging and reselling our products as samples, or anything that would imply that you are a licensed reseller of our products.

product warnings and safety

We recommend reading the product labels, warnings, and instructions if applicable before use. TheHoneyBShop shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse or improper handling of our products. TheHoneyBShop will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise as a result of using the product.
