Podcast / Audio Listening Doodle Sticker

I ordered some stickers and supplies. I also ordered two of the little babes dolls for my niece as part of her birthday gift. One of them became out of stock and company notified me by email that they were giving me a credit. I get that items run out of stock but you would think they only accept orders for how many they have left of something instead of having to give customer a credit. If I place an order for something I'm placing it because its available and shows on your site; correct? So my expectations are that I'll be receiving that item so I can plan her gifts around that. Not get an email a couple weeks later that an item became unavailable. I just think you need a better inventory process to avoid problems like this.
