When will the stickers I want be back in stock?
We aim to restock every Friday, but sometimes this doesn't happen! Make sure to follow us on Instagram @thehoneybshop or join our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/groups/thehoneybshop to get notified when things come back!
What sticker paper do we use?
As of right now, all our stickers are printed on premium permanent matte paper.
I'm having trouble making an account. What do I do?
Contact us via the Live Chat and we'll help you create your account.
Can I request a custom sticker?
Of course! Email us and we'll work on something! BUT, custom requests won't be acknowledge unless contacted first. (EX: If you leave a custom requests in the notes for your order, we will not complete this, unless contacted).
Do you do custom portraits?
I do! Make sure to follow us on social media when we alert you when slots are open!
What if I need to change something about my order after I’ve already placed it?
We are usually super quick with getting orders out the door! If you message us within an hour period after your order, we can almost certainly do some changes. We are known for fast shipping so please make sure your cart is what you want!
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our processing time is 5-10 business days. (We normally ship in 1-5 days, but this is in case life happens!) We like to ship out orders as soon as possible. If we have to increase our shipping time we will let you know. After we drop off orders, the time from post office to your mailbox is out of our control.
What if there’s something wrong with an order I received?
Contact us! We will make sure to get it right!
What if my order never arrives?
If your tracking says your package is in transit, you can contact USPS with your tracking number.
If your tracking says your package was delivered, you can take these steps:
- Contact USPS with your tracking number.
- Check with your neighbors to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong home.
- If it's 3 weeks from the ship date and you still haven't received your package, contact for further instruction.
