Q: What is your processing time during Black Friday?
A: We will be processing + shipping orders within a 5 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Q: What does BF Exclusive* mean?
A: BF Exclusive* means that specific items is only available in the shop for Black Friday. It will be removed at 12 AM EST. 

Q: What are your refund policies during Black Friday?
A: We will NOT refund any orders during our Black Friday sale, unless it is a problem we have caused with your order.

Q: What are your return policies during Black Friday?
A: No returns will be made during Black Friday. 

Q: I forgot my coupon, can you apply the discount to my order after I have placed it?
A: We will not be applying discounts to orders if coupon is forgotten. 

Q: I placed multiple orders, will you combine shipping?
A: We will only combine shipping if you email us at contact@thehoneybshop.com. This is if your orders haven't been processed yet. 

Q: An item is sold out, will you be restocking it?
A: Please email us or let us know on social media if a product is out of stock. We will be trying our hardest to restock all day Friday. 

Q: My order seems lost, what can I do?
A: Once an order reaches the post office, it is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office to see what actions you need to take next.
